In this episode, I'm sitting down with Shea Ki - Board Certified Coach, mom of two, and host of Inner Work Chats - to talk about something a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs feel but can't quite name: knowing you're meant to help people, without knowing which path is actually yours.
We get into the Lightworker Archetype Assessment I launched late last year, and why "I know I'm called to this work" and "I know how I'm supposed to do this work" are two completely different kinds of clarity. So many coaches, healers, and lightworkers stay stuck chasing a business model that was never built for them, just because it's the one they saw modeled first.
